My dear Sir!
I am very sorry, that it is not in my power to part to day from here, consequently my first plan, but, a faithless Smith make me lose this Day*, of which‡ I thought it neccessary to inform you. it is therefore impossible to be in London the 4th of March, and I shall be content when I arrive there the 5th.
Pray, Dear Sir, to have the goodness to hire a room for my Friend Fürstenau in the Hotel which close to your house*.
I hope you will excuse my short and confuse letter, andbelieve me for ever
