Summary: K. begrüßt es, dass der Verlag zur Publikation von L’Accoglienza eine neue Textunterlegung in Auftrag gegeben habe, denn der Text (von Julius Francke) mit dem Titel “Frühlingsfeier” passe nicht zur Musik, da in der ganzen Kantate auch nicht eine Nummer vorkäme, die an eine ländliche Szene erinnere; fragt sich, was WebersErben davon halten würden; regt an, die Konzertfassung der Schmoll-Ouvertüre mit kleinen Abänderungen für die Drucklegung der Kantate einzurichten, erklärt sich aber auch zur Komposition einer neuen Ouvertüre bereit, für die er unter keinen Umständen etwas berechnet haben wolle
