Summary: Rundschreiben an sämtliche Bühnen (Privatdruck), dass die Oberon-Partitur rechtmäßig nur beim Komponisten erworben werden könne, mit Postvermerk zur Nichtzustellbarkeit. Das Altenburger Theater wurde in diesen Jahren von verschiedenen reisenden Theatergesellschaften bespielt, zuletzt von der Coburger Hoftheater-Gesellschaft unter Direktion von C. A von Lichtenstein (11. September bis 30. November 1825), dann erst wieder von der Gesellschaft Carl Gerlachs (27. August bis 9. November 1826).
