Lobt ihre Arbeiten, besonders die über Beethoven ihm geschenkte. Legt eigene Kompositionen zweier Märsche und einen Gedichtband seines Sohnes bei.

Summary: Wolff berichtet Winkler, dass Weber als Preciosa-Honorar für sich – je nach Bühne – 6–8 Ducaten festgelegt habe, er selbst richtet sich nach den Gepflogenheiten der Dresdner Intendanz; bittet darum, seine und seiner Frau Gastrollen in Dresden auf den Herbst zu verlegen, da er hoffe, dass am 1. Mai das Berliner Theater eröffnet werde.
